1. General
   1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders made through www.thevandal.be.
   2. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
   3. General terms and conditions of third parties do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
   4. The Vandal guarantees that the products delivered conform to the agreement, specifications and applicable laws.
2. Orders and delivery
   
   1. Delivery is while supplies last.
   2. Orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 calendar days. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately and the order can be cancelled free of charge.
   3. The risk of loss or damage does not pass to the customer until physical receipt of the goods, unless the customer chooses another carrier.
   4. Delivery dates are indicative and not binding.
3. Prices
   1. All prices are in euros and include VAT (21 %) unless otherwise stated (B2B-excluding VAT).
   2. Price changes can only result from legal provisions (e.g. VAT change).
   3. The Vandal is not bound by obvious misprints or misprints.
4. Revocation right
   1. In accordance with the Economic Law Code, the consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to revoke without giving reasons.
   2. The consumer notifies by a clear written statement (email or mail). A model withdrawal form is available on the website.
   3. The return must be in original packaging, complete and undamaged. Direct return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
   4. Refunds (including standard shipping costs) will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment.
   5. Exclusions: customization, sealed products opened after delivery (hygiene), and digital content delivered immediately.
5. Personal data
   1. The Vandal processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
   2. Data will only be used for orders and marketing communications subject to consent.
   3. Customers have the right to inspect, correct, delete and object at privacy@thevandal.be.
6. Warranty and conformity
   1. Legal 2-year warranty on conformity of goods.
   2. Complaints about visible defects must be reported within a reasonable period of time (max. 2 months).
   3. In case of non-conformity, The Vandal offers replacement, repair or refund at no charge.
   4. Warranty is void if the product is misused, modified or carelessly handled.
7. Payment
   1. Payment must be made within 5 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed upon when ordering.
   2. In case of non-payment, The Vandal reserves the right to cancel the order.
8. Liability
   1. The Vandal is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages.
   2. Total liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order in question.
9. Force majeure
   In case of force majeure (strikes, disturbances, disasters, etc.), The Vandal may suspend or terminate the agreement without compensation.
10. Disputes
    1. All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
    2. Court of jurisdiction: Antwerp, unless otherwise provided by law.
